Visiting Hours
Wayne County Hospital has open visitation until 9:00pm daily. We realize that each individual has different needs and we will work with the patient and family to provide the best experience possible at our facility.
Smoking
Wayne County Hospital is a "smoke free" facility. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas only. These areas are located in private gazebos outside the nursing wing and near the Emergency Department parking area.
Cafeteria
The hospital cafeteria is open for visitors. Hours are as follows:
7:30 A.M - 9:00 A.M.
11:30 A.M. - 1:30 P. M.
4:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items will be turned into the front desk where they may be identified and claimed. To call about lost items please call 348-9343.
Public Restrooms and Telephones
For visitors convenience, public restrooms and telephones are located next to the information window in the main hospital entrance and next to the Rural Health Clinic.
Gift Shop
The Wayne County Hospital Gift Shop is managed by the hopsital volunteers and is located on the hall near the main entrance.
